The Institute of Radio Engineering Systems and Control concert was held at the Rostov-on-Don Regional House of Folk Art as part of the SFedU Student Spring 2025 festival "In the Rhythm of Time" + the Institute of Management in Environmental, Economic and Social Systems "Anxious people".
The production is based on the 2021 Swedish mini–series "Anxious People", which is an adaptation of the novel of the same name by Fredrik Buckman.
On New Year's Eve in a small town, a masked man armed with a pistol, after an unsuccessful attempt to rob a bank, takes eight hostages while showing buyers an apartment for sale.
The man in the balaclava behaves strangely enough for a criminal: he does not demand anything and even allows you to order pizza in the apartment. Hostages locked in an apartment with a robber, people of different views, genders and social statuses. Once they happen to be together, they share their personal and family problems and experiences with each other, and begin to get to know themselves better through others. After all, they came to this apartment to feel the possibility of change.
The puzzled police officers investigating this complicated case realize that anyone could be a suspect. They are interviewing all the witnesses in the hope of getting on the trail of the criminal.
"Anxious People" is a production about how important it is to be sincere in a relationship, never lose hope for the best, take care of your family and always remain human.
The full recording of the concert can be viewed in the group of the Department of Culture and Creativity of the Southern Federal University on Vkontakte.
